If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items subject to stock availability.

If you would like a different size, color, or replacement product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

After verification, we will arrange:

  • exchange,
  • or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
